In 2004 the Company IIQ Consultants were formed with a focus on farming as well as education. The flagship products were an Assessment Management System that was developed for education and consultancy services were rendered with a focus on farmers, their families and farming communities. IIQ Consultants assisted in the establishment of many start-up ventures and is still actively involved in rendering consulting services to farming businesses.

The assessment management system was deployed in more than 400 schools. A major change in curriculum and new technology gave rise to a marked effort to transform the Assessment Management System to a cloud based system, thus creating global access through the Internet. EDU IP was formed to spearhead the transformation of the Education Assessment System and subsequently building on a wealth of experience in this space.
